Once you are ready to proceed, we'll review the contract and officially go under contract. At this stage, only a small deposit is needed. The builder will cover the cost of construction (no construction loan is needed). When the property is complete, we'll schedule the appraisal (if financing) and schedule the final walkthroughs.
We will keep you informed during the new construction process by regularly sending you photos of the development of the property. As we near completion we will begin to coordinate with the Property Management team and assist in setting up utilities & insurance.
